Although Orlando is known for its world-class amusement parks and entertainment venues, it is also the headquarters for technology, health care and business and finance careers. The University of Central Florida, a public, four-year institution, has over 50,000 students enrolled in its main campus and regional center programs. Valencia Community College offers students associate degree and certificate programs, along with some technology-focused bachelor's degree options and pre-major and transfer plans for transferring to four-year institutions.
